“Evolutionary Enlightenment is
about the ecstasy that compels us to create the future. And
it’s not a future that’s going to unfold by itself while we
go back to sleep. It’s a future that we forge the hard way through
direct, conscious, intentional engagement with the life-process
itself”
Andrew Cohen, 2007,

Andrew Cohen is a contemporary mystic who is determined
to forge ahead into new levels of consciousness. Andrew found his original
inspiration as an Advaita student.
He integrates ideas from the Creation Spirituality
movement, Spiral Dynamics and much more. Andrew Cohen’s passion is fueled
by the demands of the modern world, and enabled by the dedication of
his closest students. Together they have embarked on an extensive, world-wide
study of consciousness itself, and on a deep inter-subjective enquiry
into the experience of spiritual awakening.
Too often the experience of mystical
union remains only a revelation of the extraordinary evolutionary
potential inherent in the human condition. When the shadow normally
cast by the ego temporarily dissolves, the light of the living Truth
unobscured reveals not only the glorious and inherent perfection of
life, but even more importantly the way that that perfection can become
manifest in a seemingly imperfect world. When the way is revealed,
all things become possible. But that possibility is rarely actualized,
and when it is, it usually remains limited to one individual alone.
Unless the spiritual vision is able to manifest itself beyond the
individual, the profound evolutionary potential inherent in that vision
cannot truly unfold.

Andrew's work with his students is blossoming into a
new form of dialoge rich with meaning and purpose. As with the Dances
of Universal Peace, coming together with groups engaged in Enlightened
Communication is an intimate and profound way to enrich and create communities.
This is a new model of self-perpetuating change! |
