We need training if we want to change. We need challenges and definite ways to tell if change is happening. Every direct sales business I have been involved with has offered tremendous REAL-TIME training.

The reason I call it "real-time" is because it is training on sales, and you either get immediate measurable results or not. If you don't get results it is always 100% caused by not listening, not learning and/or not applying what you learned. The results of your next day of work will always show your development.

There is nothing more powerful than a home business to bring out a person's complete repertoire of procrastination. Taking on the responsibility of your own future wealth will immediately show you where you really stand. Are you able to put your future and your purpose in a real time situation and come out ahead? Can you work with a team who are facing their own deep pools of dysfunction? Can you inspire others with your very life actions? 

This is where the rubber meets the road. My own experience with the sales training needed for home business is that it takes constant rewiring to do something new. Good home business companies develop through constant training calls, CD's and recorded materials. 

Here's how I think it works:

Our brains constantly chat along with thoughts all day long, all night too sometimes.  Most of the thoughts are just lazy habitual patterns. it's like having a tape recording going in our heads all day convincing us to keep doing the same old things over and over. Every 20 minutes that we spend listening to the training stories is twenty minutes that our own habitual thoughts are being replaced by something else. This constant rewiring will eventually lead to a change in actions if we allow it.

The really good news is that if you have a good company like the one I'm promoting, and follow the training, you'll end up making money! If you are a person with a quality purpose for your life, hopefully an evolved purpose, then you will be enabled to contribute to all of humanity on a whole new level.

This is another reason why I think it is best for those involved in the evolution of consciousness to join an already-evolving company than to try to start something new on our own. We, in the alternative community, need this training to come from a different world. We need it to come from the culture that is more familiar with money and how it works. The tip of consciousness can evolve faster with nourishment from the vast garden of humanity. We need all the help we can get!
