One of the reasons I'm looking for evolved people to join my team is so that we can be a part of making something else happen. The evolution of wealth and the evolution of consciousness does not stop here. 

Eventually there is going to be a new world that is so dramatically different from the world we live in now that we can't even imagine it. It's very much like a tribesman from twelve thousand years ago trying to imagine that his heir in the 21st Century is worried about his stocks and bonds.

When I first started seeing network marketing as the evolution of economics I couldn't vision where it might go. We live in a world right now where the majority of people say no to a network marketing opportunity. But what would happen if that changed and everyone was selling something? It could really be quite chaotic! It could also be quite interesting. Maybe all the department stores would be gone, and we'd just go down the street to our neighbor's garage for shopping. (Btw: department stores themselves are an evolution in economics that wiped out numerous specialized neighborhood mom and pop stores.)

Direct sales has evolved from purely product driven to a savings benefit package. As our group mind works on this it will become something else too. Maybe it'll be services like small independent house cleaners, or consultants sharing a new corporate model, or grocery delivery to busy households.

I'm not sure exactly how it will work out, but I had a vision last night that there will come a day when having an "employee" will be outlawed. Very much as we are aghast at the idea of slavery today and have outlawed the practice. The idea of selling hourly time for money will be seen as slavery. Folks will click their tongues and shake their heads that such a thing could ever happen.

Selling our hours for money is demoralizing and sucks us of creativity. We should be paid for what we actually do, what we accomplish. A paycheck should mean we did something more than just manage to show up for 40 hours. It should be a source of price and accomplishment.

As in all things with evolution, how we get from here to there is unknown. I do know one thing though, it will happen with leaps and twists. I also know that the biggest contributors will be folks who did things in a new ways and built and used teams of support.

I'm looking forward to both the immediate and long distance future!
