As in all evolving systems... it doesn't stop there. In fact that has to be the buzzword of evolution! We are always, in every present moment, riding the tip of the wave. Even more so with conscious evolution because we are doing it consciously and on purpose! Everyone who participates positively in a system is an agent for the evolution of that system.
So let's look at the NOW. We have recently burst into the beginnings of the 21st Century. Around us are the results of the crash of our old economic beliefs. We are in a deep recession, surrounded by the outcome of excess. Consumer mentality has taken a dive, and folks have stopped spending... which has put us into the limbo of no growth.
This is really a problem for evolutionary minded folks. Those of us with heightened global consciousness realize that we have to stop our crazy consuming. But without consuming we are all broke! Opportunity has vanished. Non-profits are on the outs. People without heightened consciousness are reacting with fear and hoarding up guns, food and who knows what all.
Network marketing itself has hit a tailspin because it was also dependent on a consumer mentality. The network marketing, or multi-level model has been a model of forced consumerism because the incomes of everyone involved came from the purchases of the people in their downline. Each independent salesperson was required to purchase a certain amount of product each month to stay in the sales force. For many folks this meant storing up more and more product in their garages and coined the term, "Garage Qualified."
On one hand multi-level marketing companies are sprouting up like weeds in a field, on the other hand, people are becoming more and more skeptical about the industry.
Fortunately the evolution of consciousness is a many-pointed surge towards the future. Everyone is always thinking, and humanity is composed of billions of folks all expert in something!
Let me introduce to you a fellow by the name of Dick Loehr. Mr. Loehr was one of those folks who just understood money. He understood it as a principal with certain laws and rules that can be followed by anyone. He loved cars and racing, and made a fortune in that industry. He was part of the team brought in by Lee Iacocca to turn Chrysler around in the 80's. In 1997 he started a company to create a savings package for a network marketing company, which he then merged and bought two years later.
Because Dick Loehr understood money, he saw the writing on the wall for our times. People were spending too much money on dumb stuff, were getting themselves in debt, and needed a way to rethink and save money. He literally, through a series of events, evolved the network marketing model away from dependence on consumerism. Mr. Loehr's new company promoted a sales force that was out teaching people how to save money, and add to their income at the same time.
One of the amazing things about evolution is that when a new stream occurs in an open environment... it takes off like wildfire. The very momentum of the change creates more and more change.
Because Mr. Loehr understood money, he knew that he needed to hire the best of the best to manage his company. Between them they masterminded a new algorithm for compensation of the member sales force. Dick Loehr believed in team work and built a program that depended on the success of the entire team to build wealth.
The result was phenomenal. The team itself now evolved a system of sharing their savings package that uses the excitement of the successful to help new members. Through this system regular people have achieved lifestyles that would have otherwise been impossible to attain. In fact, the team phenomenon was so amazing that the company renamed itself to "Team National."
