That's all I'm going to say about it. My financial education has taught me how to see what's good and what's difficult. Because all my friends see me as innovative and forward thinking, I've been approached with every home business that's ever been invented. I've declined more proposals than most people have ever even heard of. I know the difficulties involved in selling the perfect product - and immediately saw the brilliance in selling an opportunity to save money.
My experience is that everyone should have a side business. Building one yourself is a long hard road that can have some dangerous moments. Buying one is easier. Having nothing but a job would feel very scary to me. Jobs can end, just like that, and you are left with only that one skill to try to get the next job. What if computers got harder, or hammers got heavier? What would you do then? With a business, the cash can have temporary flows inwards and outwards, but the skill levels always go up. There is no such thing as obsolete cash flow management!
Whichever way you do it, creating your own or buying into a good one, reading and sharing business plans is a good idea. This is what I've learned with my financial education. If you'd like more information on a plan I think is great...give me a call. I'm available for more information.
Remember, information is free! You'll always learn from talking and looking over a business plan. All I need is 30 minutes, and I would love to share the time with you.
